If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Rescheduling requests should be made via email or phone. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your schedule, subject to coach availability.
If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee. For package programs, the missed session will be deducted from your total sessions.
Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Service pricing is provided during the initial consultation and confirmed before engagement. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect services already contracted and paid for.
